Training for triathlons can be a daunting prospect. It requires dedication and a considerable amount of time since there are 3 different disciplines that need to be performed. Unlike many sports, triathlon training can be done on your own, and can be done whenever it suits your schedule.

However, being part of Belpark Tri, you can also train with other members in regularly scheduled training sessions and take advantage of shared experience, tips and advice, memberships offers such as swim sessions in UCD’s fantastic 50 meter pool. We have very experienced coaches in all disciplines and a wealth of shared experience from regular members at all levels.

We also provide detailed training material and resources from professionals and training experts, which is available to all members in the Member Zone.
