Transition Talk Weekly News - 7th Jan Vol 2.0

2018 training kicks off with a bang!

Over 50 Belparkers took part in the action packed weekend with Tanja Slater and other coaches.

TT caught up with Evelyn Boyle to hear about the camp; "It was such an awesome start to 2018s training. Feeling really motivated and delighted to have a few wee things to focus on in training going forward. All 3 sessions were savage - S&C and swimming really brought it back to basics meaning you found your weaknesses easy enough and now know what to work on. The turbo was great, loved the pyramid sessions with Dee! Tanjas approach is brilliant too, she breaks the drills down and tells you the tiniest thing to change and I could honestly feel the difference instantly! Now to put it all to good use and hope by the summer the wee tweaks come naturally!"

Many thanks to the coaches and organisers of the training camp, especially, Ben Malone (Mens Captain), Conal Markey (Training Officer), Frank McGee (Chairperson) & Deirdre MacNally (Secretary) .
