Strength Class for Triathletes

The class focus will be on mobility and strength training for sports performance.
It will be led by Physical Therapist and Coach Joanna Doran. Jo is also a Belpark member so there will be an emphasis on Tri-specific needs.
After successfully completing 2 introductory classes, the first full block will now be available for booking.
As before, classes will take place at 8pm on Wednesday evenings at Origin Fitness, Sandyford.
This 5-week block will cost €40.
The class begins with a full warm-up and mobility work and then moves into strength training, finishing up with some fun team Conditioning.
All abilities are welcome, whether you are used to being in a gym or not and all movements can be scaled for ability/injury/rehabilitation.
